Cassel Hills is open as of 4/1/20. Tee times are required, no walk-ups allowed. Please read on for our social distancing policies.
To ensure the safety of our customers and our staff, Cassel Hills is implementing some extra guidelines.
-We are not able to check-in customers until 20 minutes before their tee-time. Anyone attempting to check-in before that time will be asked to wait in their car until the appropriate time.
-To avoid large groups congregating, the putting green is closed. It will only be available to golfers who have checked-in and are waiting for their tee-time so they can warm up.
-The patio area and picnic table area are closed.
If you need immediate assistance while the course is closed you can leave a message at 937-545-7222.
2020 League start dates will be postponed until the week of May 11th. More information to come. Thank You!
Cassel Hills Golf Course is committed to helping prevent the spread the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Effective immeditely, the following rules are in place.
In order to maintain social distancing, no sharing of golf carts will be permitted. Only one person per golf cart.
Only one group at a time will be permitted in the club house. Those waiting to enter will wait in line using the tape guides to remain six feet apart.
We have implemented separate hours for those golfers who may be more vulnerable to the coronavirus: The first hour of play on weekdays 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. on weekends These times will be reserved for senior golfers and those golfers with a medical condition that makes them more vulnerable.
To minimize the risk of the virus spreading, golfers are required to leave the flagstick in the hole at all times. A PVC pipe will be placed in the hole, and golfers should putt to the pipe, then pick up the ball leaving the flagstick untouched.
Thank you for following these new rules, and allowing us to keep the course open throughout this public health crisis.
In an effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Cassel Hills Golf Course will be implementing the following changes:
- To comply with Governor DeWine’s directive, we are closing the dining room until further notice. All Rotary Club, Lions Club, Golf Outing, League Meetings, and any other gatherings are cancelled until further notice.
- The golf course remains open for the time being, however, we are prohibiting the sharing of golf carts. To comply with Governor DeWine’s directive to maintain social distancing, only one rider per golf cart will be permitted.
- The snack bar food operation will be open for pre-packaged snacks only. The hot menu is discontinued until further notice. Beverage service (bottled beverages, water, soda fountain, coffee, alcohol, etc.) will be available. All food and drinks will be retrieved by the staff.
-The 2 entrances to the pro shop upstairs will be the only doors unlocked. The downstairs doors will remain locked. The inside clubhouse will only be used to purchase green fees, pro shop items, snack bar items, and restroom use. Customers will be asked to consume any food and beverage purchased outside, and to limit their time inside the clubhouse as much as possible.
-League registration for returning players and potential new members will be conducted over the phone. Those interested in league play may call 937-890-1300. Registration can also be completed by texting Ben Lickliter, 937-545-7222 or via email, email@example.com.
