If you desire to be a member or a substitute in any of the leagues at Cassel hills, please complete the following form completely. Upon completion, you will receive an email acknowledging the form has been sent to the appropriate staff member. Following a review of your information and the status of the applicable leagues, you will be notified WHEN there is an opening. If you are a substitute, your name and contact information will be supplied to the league members and they will contact you when your participation is needed. If you have additional questions about the league program, feel free to contact the golf staff at 890-1300.
